Woozas are traditional handcrafted Italian Pinsa crusts. The original recipe was invented during the Ancient Roman Empire. They are low in gluten, easy to digest, light & crispy with a soft inside. A fun, fresh, ‘woo’ worthy alternative to everyday pizzas.
