Spades was created when we discovered the bacon we wanted wasn't readily available at retailers. Our team tested recipes for months to finally create what we think is the most incredible bacon we've ever had. Each small batch is hand rubbed in our own facility. It's then dry cured, real hickory wood smoked and always made using consciously sourced pork. To finish it off it's always thick sliced.

 

We use minimal, all natural ingredients for maximum flavour. No water, no nitrates.
